Everyone can start exercising

Every sane person knows that it is necessary to play sports. But, why, it turns out that it is indisputable that not everyone succeeds in making sports their habit? Dozens of my friends started exercising, running in the morning, but it did not last more than 3-5 days.

2. Registration in the gym (club)

The most important advantage of exercising in a club over exercising at home is the appropriate attitude. Maximum concentration, working and healthy atmosphere will help you solve the problem of how to start playing sports.

Another plus is the existence of a coach. Of course, under the supervision and with the help of the recommendations of a professional, your classes will be more effective.
The next advantage is the presence in the hall of various expanders, simulators, weights, dumbbells, sports equipment. At home, the choice of such devices is clearly smaller and poorer than in the gym.

In addition, in the hall, in addition to a healthy spirit and cheerfulness, you can find new friends, chat with interesting people, consult about sports topics, etc. etc.

But, at the same time, if you are an inveterate individualist or classes in the gym for some reason are not convenient for you (for example, it is financially difficult to pay for a club subscription or it is difficult to get to the nearest gym), then you can successfully study at home. Just make sure that no one bothers you at these moments.

3. Additional motivation.

Hang images of athletic and fit people in the room, this will be a great incentive in your endeavors. Well, or, on the contrary, hang an image with an ugly body so that it encourages you to never become like that and strive for a beautiful body and a healthy spirit.
4. Warnings for beginner athletes.

Do not immediately resort to heavy loads. Muscle pain will discourage the desire to continue exercising and overshadow your bright motives.
Sudden movements, jerks can lead to injury. Take care of your ligaments, muscles and joints!
In sports, there is also a saying: “You go quieter – you will continue.” Give preference to a slower exercise, but the right one.
Distribute physical activity not only in a particular lesson, but also during the week.
Do not forget that the human body has such a feature as muscle memory. If you have been playing sports for a long time, then you can’t quit classes. Even during a monthly break, the muscles will lose their shape.
5. Meal time and exercise.

It is highly recommended to exercise on an empty stomach. Try not to eat during hours after class. It is better to have a snack a couple of hours before the start of classes.
If you can’t completely deny yourself food before class or you didn’t manage to eat beforehand, then choose something light for a snack – juices, dairy products, apples, a light salad.

6. Music for aerobics and fitness.

Now there is a huge number of not only musical compositions for sports, but also disks with training.
Such music will help you more easily solve the question: “How to start playing sports”, aim you at the result, help you tune in, improve your mood and improve your sense of rhythm.
