Finally it happened – you decided to go in for sports. But only a few days passed, and the charge of energy seemed to melt into thin air. Why is it so difficult to keep the right attitude for a long time?

1. Set aside time for exercise in your schedule

The main thing is not to forget that your first and main goal is still fitness, and not conversations with girlfriends near the simulators.

3. Do sports that interest you

Banal advice, of course, but very effective. If you are interested in what you are doing, it will be doubly effective. You don’t know what sport might interest you, but you like to watch TV? Excellent! Instead of a sofa, sit on a compact exercise bike and combine business with pleasure.

4. Get off the scale

Don’t weigh yourself every day, the weight doesn’t come off after every workout. Of course, you need to track progress, say, once a week. Daily fluctuations in weight in one direction or another can disappoint and cool sports ardor.

5. Start small

By training too long at the very beginning, you will get pain in untrained muscles and a persistent unwillingness to continue this execution. Moderate ardor, increase all indicators gradually. Do not forget about rest, learn to relax comfortably after training.

6. Don’t compare yourself to others

We all tend to look up to other people at times. Comparisons not in your favor can be disappointing, you will part with fitness before you realize that there is still success. All people have different levels of capabilities and initial physical fitness, so the comparison may not always be correct.

7. Make up missed classes

Naturally, sometimes we miss training for one reason or another. But, firstly, this should not become a system, and, secondly, try to work them out at another time. Don’t worry if there is no time, just try not to shift your training schedule without good reason, go to your goal clearly and confidently.

Do not think about whether or not to go to the gym today, go for a morning run or not. Make it a part of your daily life so that such questions do not arise. Buy a home exercise machine and get in the habit of exercising on it at a certain time.

9. The right goal is half the success!

10. Buy a gym membership for a year

Let this amount be quite large, but the costs will pay off, in the end, this is an investment in your health. In addition, having spent a large amount, it will be a pity to miss classes.
