How to start exercising the right way

Getting started is always hard. But today we are not talking about professional sports, but sports that will help us get our body back in good shape and create the desired reliefs. That is, referring to sports, I mean physical activity in general. It can be ordinary walking, running, and any playing sports. It doesn’t matter what you do, the main thing is not gluttony.

First thing

To begin with, train yourself to walk for 5-10 minutes after each meal. Eat, get up from the table, take a walk (to the store, to the post office or just around the apartment, etc.). Firstly, you will contribute to better digestion of food and do a great service to your stomach, and secondly, you will feel full quickly. Since in a standing position our stomach works more actively and this is its most natural position. But the most important thing is that you will go away from the table. I think that even when you are at work you will find time to walk outside for about 10 minutes in the afternoon. Even if it is cold outside. Dress warmly and go ahead, because in cold weather our body spends more calories on heating the body (you probably noticed that you eat more in winter).

Second step

Your muscles get used to the loads and subsequently will not be able to do without them. You will feel an increasing need for physical exertion, or rather, relaxation after them.

Result

What is the most enjoyable part of training? Hail sweat? Muscle pain? Incredible pressures that you experience? Rapid breathing? Doubtful pleasure. The best thing is relaxation. When glucose breaks down in your muscles, and the resulting acid fills your muscles with pleasant pain, you feel a pleasant relaxation, and then an incredible increase in strength and mood.
After you have regularly taken time for morning exercises, it’s time to start exercising like an adult. Start in the gym. Not many of you have the tenacity and willpower to force yourself to work out at home (now I’m talking about hard training 3-4 times a week). It is always easier to work out collectively, and besides, it is generally accepted that if it is paid for, then rarely anyone refuses to train. In the gym, you need to train according to the same principle – from smaller to larger. Contact a trainer, he will help you draw up an individual program. Be sure to let yourself rest. You don’t need stress.

I want to immediately warn you that the result will depend only on your efforts and regular training. It won’t be instant, but it will definitely be. Just as you will gradually lose weight, so you will gradually bring your body into shape. Remember that your muscles are already forming inside you, under a layer of excess weight and extra pounds. And as soon as they disappear, you will find a beautiful, slender and well-shaped body.
