Basic exercises in bodybuilding and strength sports

1. Bench press up standing or sitting
2. Bench press lying on a horizontal or incline bench
3. Close Grip Bench Press
4. Push-ups on uneven bars (including with additional weights)
5. Deadlift
6. Pull-ups on the bar with various grips (or pull from above)
7. Rod pull to the belt in the slope
8. Shoulder Squat
9. Front Squats

These exercises are the basis for developing great strength and muscle mass.
In addition, in classical weightlifting there are exercises such as snatch and jerk, and in bodybuilding there are exercises that are not basic, but they are important for building powerful arms – these are standing barbell curls and French bench press.
