The aerobics training regimen

But all this matters if the intensity of the classes will correspond to the level of preparedness and age of the student; with ineffective load (ie, when the intensity is below the optimal level), the frequency of training can be increased up to five times a week.

Intensity is the degree of intensity of the training process, in which the trainees expend a certain amount of energy per unit of time. Its main indicator is the pulse mode. It is not recommended to exceed this limit.

There is no single answer to the question of how long and how often you need to do aerobics. It is important that days of study alternate with days of rest. Most coaches agree that the optimal schedule at the initial stage of training is: a day of classes, a day of rest. Rest is necessary for the muscles and the whole body to recover after a workout. If you neglect rest, it will lead to overwork, and the goal will not be achieved. Rest is also needed during training. Each exercise is performed several times and in several approaches. Between them you need to rest in order to restore strength and breath. The pace of the exercises should not be slow and not fast, it is better to choose the golden mean.

It is worth paying attention to breathing. Proper breathing is another assistant in achieving your goal. While doing the exercises, it is important not to hold your breath, although this is very difficult. Do not forget: in the inferior phase of the exercise – inhale, and in the heaviest, overcoming – exhale.

Equally important is the duration of one lesson, which can vary from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. It is necessary to really weigh the possibilities of the trainee and choose the classes, the time of which is most appropriate for the level of preparedness. The choice of the type of training is also very important. It all depends on the goals and objectives.

Many traditionally believe that it is better to work out in the morning. However, experts say that evening classes can be very productive.

Metabolism peaks in the early evening. Therefore, classes at this time are most effective. (Metabolism is the process of burning organic compounds, such as carbohydrates or fats.). Exercising in the early evening burns more fat. But still, the best time to practice is, of course, when the workout is most enjoyable, otherwise there will be more chances of dropping out.

To stay in good shape, you need to exercise for 60 minutes, at least 2 times a week.
