It is also a good dietary product – many experts in the field of gastroenterology and nutrition recommend that people who turn to them arrange, at regular intervals, the so-called fasting days, when cottage cheese will be the main ingredient in food. But you should not abuse it either, since the amount of cottage cheese that you eat in one sitting should be a maximum of only 150 grams, because that is how much is normally absorbed in our body. Its constant presence on your table will help you improve metabolism, have a positive effect on bowel function, and help get rid of problem skin. When the body is drying, the diet should be varied, but balanced.

For greater drying efficiency, products containing proteins are still quite good – the protein of boiled eggs, fish fillet, in which there is little fat and chicken breasts (but be sure to clean them from the skin before eating). But various pickles, jams, fried and smoked foods, canned food should be excluded from the diet if you want to dry your body. Only boiled or steamed foods are allowed here.
