Foods that increase and decrease testosterone levels

Foods that lower testosterone levels:
1. Salt
2. Sugar
3. Caffeine
4. Meat grown with growth hormones (most of the imported meat)
5. Cholesterol
6. Soy
7. Effervescent drinks
8. White yeast bread
9. Fast food (a set of points 1-8), note – the film “Double Portion”
10. Full fat milk
11. Mayonnaise
12. Smoked meats
13. Alcohol, especially beer

Foods that increase testosterone levels:

1. Fish (anchovies, perch, trout, halibut, herring, saury, salmon, sardines, shrimp), natural meat (without the use of growth hormones)
