What are joints and ligaments made of?

Our joints and ligaments are made up of various types of connective tissue. The main function of the connective tissue is to create the mechanical strength of the body and give it shape. They have properties not only preventive, but are able to accelerate the healing of joint damage, relieve inflammation.
