Easy Cottage Cheese Breakfast
Delicate, melting in your mouth cottage cheese dessert with apples will not leave anyone indifferent.
Energy value – 100 g – 120 kcal, b – 11.1 g, f – 3.9 g, y – 8.7 g
Ingredients:
800 g 5% cottage cheese
2 eggs
100 g yogurt
5 tsp sugar (or honey)
1 tbsp oat bran
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 large apples, cinnamon and almond flakes for sprinkling
Cooking method:
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, oat bran and corn starch in a blender until smooth.
Peel apples, cut into squares, mix them with sugar and cinnamon.
Put the curd mass in a round detachable form and apples on top.
Bake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees in the oven.
