To make carrot juice, you will need a juicer. It is impossible to prepare fresh carrot juice without a juicer, because all the juice cannot come out of the pulp. Carrots are a source of many vitamins, besides, they have a positive effect on vision.

It should be understood that it is best to choose sweeter varieties of carrots, otherwise the juice will be simply unpleasant to drink. If this does not work out, then add one teaspoon to a glass of carrot juice. Peel the carrots and cut into small rings to make the juicer a little easier.

Too hard carrots can spoil them, so I recommend cutting them into pieces. Try to cut out all the black dots from the carrots.

Put the carrots in the juicer and turn it on. You can throw away the pulp, you won’t need it. Try the resulting juice, if it is bitter – add sugar, I wrote about this above.
