Carrot and beetroot juice

What could be healthier than freshly squeezed carrot and beetroot juice? Just a glass of this drink will improve your well-being and improve your shaky health. A glass of this juice contains a whole bunch of vitamins.

If you decide to take care of your health – do not rush to grab the medicine. Start with tasty and healthy natural juices. They will help you cleanse the body and restore shaky health. A simple recipe for making carrot-beetroot juice will come in handy for this. Beetroot juice is not recommended to drink in its pure form, so let’s cook it with the addition of carrots. So, the recipe for carrot-beetroot juice:
1. My beets and carrots and peel.
2. If you have a juicer, then all you have to do is turn it on and squeeze the juice from the peeled vegetables. If you have not acquired such equipment yet – it does not matter. We rub the carrots on a fine grater and squeeze the juice either through a sieve or through cheesecloth.
3. We do the same with beets.
4. It is advisable to collect the juice in different containers to see how much juice we squeezed out. It is better to make a mixture of juices in this ratio – 1 part of beetroot juice and 2-3 parts of carrot juice. Let the juice stand in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, and then you can drink it. Never add sugar or salt. Drink naturally and be healthy!
