Salad “Morning in Venice”

The salad is a great combination of tomatoes and eggs. In a blend with cheese, a unique taste is obtained.

Products
Tomato – 4 pcs.
Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
Onion – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 30 ml
Hard cheese – 100 g
Dill greens – 1 bunch.
Salt – to taste

Choose ripe, firm tomatoes.

How to make egg and tomato salad:
Wash the tomatoes, dry with a napkin, cut with a sharp knife, otherwise the tomatoes will lose a lot of juice.

Dip the eggs in cold water, salt, so as not to burst and cook for 8 minutes after boiling.

Cool the eggs in cold water, peel, chop. Add to salad.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Add to salad. Drizzle with oil, salt. Mix.

Transfer the egg and tomato salad to a serving platter.
