Ingredients:
Kefir – 500 milliliters
Wheat flour – 350 grams
Sugar – 1.5-2 Art. spoons

How to cook “Perfect Pancakes”

5 And quickly knead the dough. It should be homogeneous, without lumps. Stir immediately well, I do not recommend mixing the dough more.
6 We heat the pan and pour vegetable oil with a layer of about 1 cm. We will fry the pancakes on a fire slightly less than average.
7 We collect the dough with a tablespoon, put it in a pan, forming pancakes.
8 The fritters will about double in size when frying, so place them at a distance from each other.
9 When the color of the dough on the bottom changes, becomes golden, turn the pancakes over.
10 Fry the pancakes on the other side to the desired degree of goldenness. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel, it will absorb excess fat.
