Muesli with milk, figs and dates

Muesli is considered one of the best diet food options for a morning meal. This very healthy dish, invented by a Swiss doctor back in 1900, has a lot of varieties. This recipe suggests a way to prepare muesli with figs and dates, which will make the dish more satisfying, give it a sweeter taste, and also enhance its nutritional properties due to its richness in vitamin B6 and potassium. In addition, figs help strengthen ligaments and muscles, including the heart. To prepare 1 serving, you will need the following ingredients:
– muesli – 100 g;
– figs – 2 pcs.;
– dates – 50 g;
– milk – 200 ml.

We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Pour muesli into a deep plate and pour milk, and not fundamentally cold or hot. Let them rest for 5 minutes. You can immediately use the plate from which you will eat muesli with milk and fruit.
The next step is moving on to figs and dates. Washed and dried dry fruits are cut into medium-sized pieces of arbitrary shape (the stomach does not care how you cut the fruit).
Then we send the pieces of dates and figs to a plate with muesli and milk. Gently mix all the ingredients so that the mixture dissolves better, and the milk is saturated as much as possible with a full set of flavors. Ready!
Such a breakfast allows you to recharge your batteries, if not for the whole coming day, then for sure until lunch. The dish is able to improve the functioning of the digestive system and, due to its low calorie content, is very useful for those who want to get rid of extra pounds. It is also worth noting that muesli with milk and dried fruits (figs and dates) is an ideal dietary dish not only for breakfast, but also for dinner. Muesli can be served with black bran bread or dietary oatmeal cookies. If the portion seemed small to you, you can eat an apple, but not earlier than after 40-60 minutes.
