Tartlet toppings

1. Snack tartlets

Tartlets – 15 pcs.
Processed cheese – 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
Boiled egg – 1 pc.
Red fish – 200 g
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.

Cooking:

1. Grate cheese and egg.
2. Fish (leave for decoration) and cucumber cut into small cubes.
3. Combine everything, add mayonnaise, put on tartlets, decorate with fish pieces and herbs as you wish.

2. Potato tartlets with chicken fillet with garlic and cheese sauce

Despite the long name, these tartlets are easy to prepare and at the same time very beautiful and tasty.
Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 700 g
Mayonnaise – 200 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Potatoes – 6-8 pcs.
Cheese – 100–200 g
Green onions – 1 bunch
Salt – to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes. Pour water into the pan (about 1 cup), add mayonnaise and put the pieces of chicken fillet. Salt. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add chopped garlic. The stuffing for tartlets is ready.
2. Peel potatoes. Grate, salt.
3. Take cupcake molds, for example, with a non-stick coating. Lubricate them well with sunflower oil.
4. Put grated raw potatoes into molds so that it is in the form of baskets. Put chicken with garlic in the middle.
5. Put in a preheated oven (temperature ~ 240°C) for 20–25 minutes.
6. While the tartlets are in the oven, grate the cheese and chop the green onions. Mix cheese and onion.
7. After 20–25 minutes, remove the tartlets from the oven and sprinkle them with cheese and onions on top.
8. Send to the oven again for 5-10 minutes.

3. Closed tartlets with chicken, mushrooms and spinach

Ingredients:

Flour – 500 g
Butter – 250 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Water – 2-3 tbsp. l.
Соль — 0,5 ч. l.
Forest mushrooms – 250 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Butter – 40 g
Chicken fillet – 300 g
Spinach – 200 g
Yolk – 1 pc.

Cooking:

1. Grind the flour with butter, beat in the eggs, add water and knead the shortcrust pastry. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Finely chop the mushrooms, onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes in 1 tbsp. l. butter. Also in 1 st. l. butter separately fry the chopped chicken fillet and spinach.
3. Combine chicken with mushrooms and onions, salt the filling to taste. Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick, cut out 24 circles from it, half place the mugs in cupcake molds, previously greased with oil, press the dough to the bottom and walls, put the filling on it and cover with the remaining mugs of dough. Fasten the edges, prick with a fork, grease with beaten yolk and put the form in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Closed tartlets are ready!

4. Quick stuffing for tartlets

A simple meal in 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

Processed cheese – 2-3 pcs.
Carrot – 1 pc.
Olives – optional
Tartlets – 10 pcs.
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Black pepper – to taste
Mayonnaise – optional

Cooking:

1. Grate fresh carrots. It is possible on medium or even on large (for an amateur).
2. Grate processed cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Finely chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a crusher.
4. Add mayonnaise to the resulting mass, pepper and mix everything.
5. Put a little filling, an olive on the bottom of the tartlet and add a little more cheese mass on top. If desired, decorate with a sprig of greenery.

5. Salad with shrimps in tartlets

A delicious, hearty meal that can be served as an appetizer or as a salad.

Ingredients:

Shrimp – 250 g
Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese – 150 g
Bulgarian pepper (yellow) – 0.5 pcs.
Garlic – 1 pc.
Tartlets – 10 pcs.
Mayonnaise – optional
Salt – to taste

Cooking:

1. Hard boil eggs, peel.
2. Boil shrimp over medium heat in salted water. Boil for about 10 minutes, then cool and remove the shell and head.
3. Cut the finished eggs into medium cubes and transfer to a salad bowl.
Add shrimp (whole) and grated cheese.
4. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from seeds and cut into small cubes, then add to the salad.
5. Salt to taste and season with garlic mayonnaise (pressed through a garlic press). To stir thoroughly.
6. Fill the tartlets with a few tablespoons of salad. Serve with white semi-sweet wine.

6. Julien in tartlets

Ingredients:

Chicken breast (boiled) – 400 g
Mushrooms (fresh) – 400 g
Onion – 2 pcs
Cheese (creamy, not very hard) – 300 g
Cream (20%) – 500 ml
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

1. Finely chop the mushrooms, onions, breast and fry until the excess liquid evaporates.
2. Add cream and slowly add flour to thicken.
3. Arrange on tartlets.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven until cheese crust forms (10-15 minutes)

7. Tartlets with crab sticks and egg

Ingredients:

Crab sticks — 1 pc.
Chicken egg (boiled) – 2 pcs.
Cheese of any hard varieties) – 100 g
Mayonnaise (light) – 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Tartlets – 10 pcs.

Cooking:

1. Eggs and crab sticks cut into cubes (not large). Add grated cheese and mayonnaise.
2. Salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and place in tartlets. Delicious snack is ready!
