Stuffed Minced Meat Casserole with Potato Coat

Ingredients:

750-1000 minced meat (pork + beef)
2 medium onions
2 eggs
1 red bell pepper
200 g Feta cheese
200 g white bread
1 large zucchini or zucchini (300 g)
5-6 medium pieces potato
2 teaspoons mustard
salt
pepper
thyme

Cooking:

Soak white bread in cold water.
Peel the onion and cut into very small cubes.

Peel the potatoes, rub on a coarse grater, salt, squeeze and put on the minced meat, slightly pressing down on the top and sides.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C at a medium level for about 1 hour (or an hour and a half – depending on your oven)
