TOP-5 casseroles

Casserole with minced meat and potatoes

Ingredients:
– Ground beef – 500 g
– Potato – 1 kg
– Egg – 1 pc.
– Milk – 250 ml
– Butter – 100 g
– Onion – 1 pc.
– Cheese – 50 g
– Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
1. Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. Drain the water, add 50 g of butter and grind into a puree.
2. Warm up the milk and add to the puree. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry until golden brown in butter.
4. Add minced meat and fry until tender, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps. Season with salt and transfer to a large bowl.
5. When the minced meat has cooled slightly, beat in the egg and mix well.
6. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Put the minced meat, mashed potatoes on top.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Casserole with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients:
-Chicken fillet – 350 g
– Onion – 1 pc.
– Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
– Celery stalk – 2 pcs.
– Milk – 150 ml
– Cheese – 100 g
– Egg – 1 pc.
– Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
1. Boil the chicken fillet until tender in salted water.
2. Cut the cooled fillet into cubes.
3. Peel all vegetables. Cut the onion into strips, sweet pepper into cubes, celery into slices.
4. Fry the onion in olive oil, then the sweet pepper and celery.
5. Mix vegetables with chicken fillet, put everything in a baking dish.
6. Beat the egg with milk and cheese, pour the chicken fillet with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Broccoli and cheese casserole

Ingredients:
– Broccoli – 500 g
– Eggs – 5 pcs.
– Sour cream – 300 g
– Hard cheese – 200 g
– Butter – 2 tbsp. l.
– Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp. l.
– Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
1. Boil broccoli in salted water.
2. Mix eggs, sour cream and grated cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, lay out the broccoli and pour over the egg mixture.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Casserole with pasta and ham

Ingredients:
– Pasta – 150 g
-Ham – 200 g
– Butter – 4 tbsp. l.
– Eggs – 3 pcs.
– Sour cream – 150 g
-Green peas – 200 g
– Cheese – 150 g
– Garlic – 1 clove
– Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
1. Boil pasta, drain water, add butter.
2. Cut ham slices and fry a little with garlic.
3. Beat eggs with sour cream, add cheese and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the pasta, green peas and ham, put everything in a mold.
5. Pour over the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 15 minutes.

Casserole with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients:
-Rice – 500 g
– Eggs – 2 pcs.
-Hard cheese – 250 g
– Mushrooms – 500 g
– Onion – 2 pcs.
– Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking:
1. Cook rice in salted water.
2. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, peel the onion and chop finely.
3. Fry the onion, then the mushrooms.
4. Mix rice with half the cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
5. Put half of the rice on a greased form, then mushrooms with onions, then the remaining rice. Sprinkle the second half of grated cheese on top and garnish with a few mushrooms.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
