Puffs with dried apricots

For the recipe you will need:
dried apricots – 200g
sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
egg (yolk) – 1 pc.
powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
puff pastry (yeast) – 3 pcs.
To prepare puff pastry with dried apricots you need:

Rinse the dried apricots and soak in boiling water. Then drain the water, grind the dried apricots with a blender. After adding sugar, mix well.

Defrost the dough, roll out and cut into triangles. Lubricate each piece of dough with filling and roll into a bagel. Laying on a baking sheet, grease the puffs with yolk and send to a preheated oven.

Bake puffs for 12-15 minutes at 180C until browned. Put the finished puffs with dried apricots on a dish, cool slightly and, sprinkled with powdered sugar, serve.
