For the recipe you will need:
condensed milk – 200g
cocoa (powder) – 2 tbsp.
butter – 250g
baking powder – 1 tsp
flour – 2 cups.
To make Chocolate Chip Cookies you need:

Mix sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder. Combine condensed milk with softened butter and beat the mixture with a mixer. Gradually adding the flour mixture, knead the dough. Knead the dough until smooth, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Roll out the finished dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, cut out cookies with molds or a glass. Spread cookies on a greased baking sheet at a distance from each other and send to a preheated oven. Bake at 180C for about 10-12 minutes, avoiding overdrying.
