Honey Chocolate Cookies
For the recipe you will need:
cocoa – 50g
sugar – 200g
bitter chocolate – 100g
butter – 100g
flour – 300g
vanillin, cinnamon – to taste
honey – 2 tbsp
sour cream (fatty) – 200g
baking soda – 1 tsp
To make Honey Chocolate Cookies:
Mix the sifted flour, soda, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Stir in melted chocolate, sour cream and honey. Pour the flour mixture into the creamy mass and knead a thick homogeneous dough.
Spread the dough with a spoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Send cookies to a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 200C.
Transfer the finished honey-chocolate cookies to a wire rack, cool completely and serve.
