Mushroom sausage pancakes

For the recipe you will need:
sausages – 200g
oil (for frying) – 100g
smoked lard – 50g
egg – 2 pcs.
potatoes – 800g
mushrooms (fresh) – 200g
parsley (greens) – to taste
black pepper (ground), salt – to taste
To cook Mushroom fritters with sausages you need:

Remove the skin from the sausages and cut into small cubes. Just cut the cleaned, washed mushrooms and lard. Fry the salo in a pan until half cooked, put mushrooms and sausages and, stirring constantly, fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley, remove from heat and cool. Mix eggs with salt and black pepper, add fried mushrooms with sausages. Heat the fat in a frying pan and spread the cooked mushroom mass in the form of small cakes with a spoon. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Separately, boil the potatoes, mash them into a puree and serve with pancakes.
