Apricot Cupcakes

For the recipe you will need:
egg – 2 pcs.
flour – 1 cup
almonds (grated) – 100g
butter – 150g
milk – 100g
sugar – 180g
baking powder – 1 tsp
apricots (according to the number of cupcakes) – 12 pcs.
To make Apricot Cupcakes:

Beat soft butter with sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes. Without ceasing to beat, add eggs one at a time, pour in milk, pour nuts, flour and baking powder.

We put 1 spoonful of dough in each mold, place half an apricot on top.

Cover with the rest of the dough, put another half of the apricot on top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C.
