Liver Pancakes

As everyone knows, the recipe for a liver cake is very diverse, there are thin and thick cakes, fillings with onions and garlic, and even with melted cheese.
An interesting and simple recipe was shared with me by a godfather three years ago, and she once subtracted from an old culinary calendar. After tasting the dish, I use this recipe
Ingredients (for about 23 pancakes):
Liver fresh 500 gr. (preferably beef)
Milk 0.5 l.
Eggs 5-6 pcs.
Flour 1 stack.
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
Ground black pepper
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Gallina Blanka bouillon cube (I use chicken)
Cooking:
Twist the raw liver in a meat grinder.
Add milk, eggs, flour, butter, pepper, bouillon cube.
Beat with a mixer.
Fry in vegetable oil (I fry in lard, then they turn out less greasy).
Advice:
It is very tasty to anoint pancakes with fried onion half rings and mayonnaise or mayonnaise with garlic.
