Meat hotel pancakes with meat filling

Ingredients:
For pancakes:
Flour 100 gr.
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 300 ml.
Salt
Vegetable oil or a piece of bacon for lubrication
For filling:
Meat (pork) 200 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Ground black pepper
Carrot 1 pc. (small)
Butter 1 tbsp.
Cooking pancakes (another recipe for thin pancakes with milk):
Sift flour into a bowl. Mix it with sugar and salt.
Make a well in the center and pour in a third of the milk.
Knead a homogeneous dough without lumps.
Add rest of milk, eggs.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil or a piece of lard.
Pour the batter into the skillet to coat the bottom evenly.
Fry the pancake on one side, then use a spatula to turn it over to the other side and brown.
Thus, bake all the pancakes.
Filling preparation:
Boil the meat until tender, pass through a meat grinder.
Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater, fry in vegetable oil.
Hard boil eggs, chop.
Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper, mix thoroughly.
Put the filling in the middle of the pancake, wrap the edges of the pancake with an envelope and fry in butter on both sides.
