Fish rolls

Fish rolls can be cooked for dinner or served on a festive table. They turn out beautiful, juicy and tasty, and they are prepared very easily!

Ingredients:

0.5 kg fish fillet (hake, sturgeon or any other)
1 boiled egg
50 g hard cheese
50 g butter
Greens
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
For breading:

1 egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Recipe for stuffed fish rolls:

1. First, we will make the filling for fish rolls: chop the egg, grate the cheese, chop the greens, melt the butter and combine everything, mix well
2. Cut the fish fillet in half lengthwise. If the thickness of the fillet is not more than 1 cm, you can not cut it. Or cut in half crosswise if the fillet is too long.
3. Beat the fillet, salt and pepper.
4. Put the finished filling on the edge of each piece – about 1 teaspoon, roll up and secure with a toothpick.
5. Bread fish rolls first in flour, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in a well-heated pan in vegetable oil on all sides, gently turning over.
7. Fish rolls may not be completely fried, so they need to be kept for about 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 °

*If the fish fillet was frozen – it is necessary to defrost it well and remove excess moisture by blotting with a paper towel

Fish rolls can be served as an independent dish.
