Pilaf with rabbit liver

For the recipe you will need:
rabbit liver – 400g
crumbly rice – 400g
carrots – 3 pcs.
onion – 3 pcs.
salt – to taste
seasonings – to taste
bay leaf – to taste.
To cook Pilaf with rabbit liver you need:

Rinse the rabbit liver, dry and cut into portions.

Boil rice until half cooked.

Lightly fry the liver, add finely chopped onion and fry everything together.

Mix the fried liver with onions to boiled rice, salt and pepper to taste, add bay leaf and let it brew for about 5 minutes.
