To cook Pilaf from rapans you need:

In a cauldron or a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chopped onion and thinly sliced ​​onion to nothing. Add finely chopped tomato and fry, stirring, all together for a few minutes.

Add whole cloves of garlic, washed rice, mix and pour in boiling water. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender.
