Chicken in Perce

Chicken in pepper is a very beautiful dish, unusual! Try to cook!

Necessary:
– Bulgarian pepper (large) – 4-5 pcs.
– Chicken fillet – 1 pc.,
– Tomato (small) – 2-3 pcs.
– Green onion – a few feathers,
– Dill,
– Yogurt without flavoring additives – 2 tbsp.
– Hard cheese – 100-150g
– Spices (I had Mediterranean herbs)
– salt pepper,

How to do:
1. To begin with, we clean the peppers from the insides. Only it is necessary to leave the tails so that there is more space inside for the filling, with which we will fill each half. Of course, it is better if you still took large peppers, then the portions will be larger. But you can also make more peppers, but with small portions of meat.

2. For the filling, it is necessary to cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, about 11 cm. So it will be more convenient to put the minced meat in the halves of the peppers.

3. We process the tomatoes separately. First you need to separate the skin. To do this, boil water and dip the tomatoes in it for about a minute. Then we take out the tomatoes, they cool quickly and you can very easily remove the peel. We cut already peeled tomatoes into small cubes, about 0.50.5 cm, no more.

4. Separately chop the green onions and parsley. Now you need to mix all the minced meat together. So, mix the chopped chicken fillet, chopped tomatoes and herbs. Add salt, pepper and additional spices to taste. There we add 2 tbsp. yogurt without additives. We mix everything thoroughly.

5. Now on the baking sheet on which the chicken will be cooked in pepper, lay out the halves of the pepper. We put a ready-made stuffing with chicken into each halves. We put it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

6. After 30 minutes, take out a baking sheet and sprinkle each pepper with grated cheese. We put it on for another 10 minutes – we wait for the cheese to melt and a crust to form.
Pepper chicken is ready. Enjoy your meal!
