Chicken Breasts with Cambosol and Mushroom Sauce

For the recipe you will need:
kambozola (no crust, diced) – 160g
chicken breasts (fillet) – 4 pcs.
oyster mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, dried) – 15g
shallots (diced) – 2 pcs.
butter – 150g
salt, pepper – to taste
chicken broth – 120 ml
olive oil – 2 tbsp.
flour – 1 tbsp
sour cream – 1 tbsp
To cook Chicken Breasts with Cambosol and Mushroom Sauce, you need:

Soak mushrooms in water. Fry the onion in half the butter, add the mushrooms and broth. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add cambosol and continue to cook over low heat.

Grate chicken breasts with spices and roll in flour. Fry on all sides in vegetable oil until a crust forms.

Add sour cream and remaining butter to the sauce. Cut the breast into slices and pour over the sauce.
