Chicken cutlets with mushrooms

For the recipe you will need:
chicken – 200g
dry mushrooms – 10g
onion – 20g
vegetable oil – 30g
egg – 1 pc.
pepper, salt – to taste.
To cook chicken cutlets with mushrooms you need:

Chicken meat is passed through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper to taste. The minced meat is mixed well, a little milk is added, and beaten so that it becomes loose. Cut it into portions, and then prepare the filling.

Dried mushrooms are soaked, then boiled, finely chopped and mixed with fried onions. The prepared portions of minced meat are rolled into thin layers, the filling is placed in the middle of each and the edges of the minced meat are closed, forming a pie. Cutlets are dipped in beaten egg and breaded in breadcrumbs. After that, the cutlets are dipped in melted butter and fried until tender.

Cutlets are served with a complex side dish: potatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, apples.
