For the recipe you will need:
buckwheat – 1 cup
mushrooms – 200g
carrots – 1 pc.
garlic – 3-4 cloves
egg – 2 pcs.
milk
mayonnaise.
To cook Buckwheat with mushrooms you need:

Ignite the buckwheat. Boil. Honey mushrooms (I have frozen) fry with onions. Salt, pepper. Mix all. Finely grate large carrots and add there too.

Make an egg dressing (beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup milk, add greens if desired, salt, put a little tomato sauce and mayonnaise)

Pour.

Finely-finely chop 3-4 large cloves of garlic and mix. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes. at 180C. The casserole is ready.
