Cabbage Meatballs

Ingredients:
1) Minced beef 700 gr.,
2) White cabbage 300 gr.
3) Bulb onion 60 gr.,
4) Garlic 5 gr.,
5) Egg 50 gr.,
6) Salt, pepper – to taste.

Cooking:
In a blender, grind everything except minced meat. Mix with minced meat, knead well. Form meatballs, put them on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven. After about 5-7 minutes, pour a glass of water onto a baking sheet. Bake further for about 40 minutes (so that a little broth remains at the bottom of the baking sheet).
