Chicken with cheese and garlic

Ingredients:
1) Eggplant 300 gr.,
2) Sweet red pepper 50 gr.,
3) Tomato 200 gr.,
4) Cheese 17% 100 gr.,
5) Yoghurt 0% 200 ml.,
6) Garlic 5 gr.,
7) Salt, herbs – to taste

Cooking:
Cut the eggplant lengthwise into 6 plates, put on a baking sheet. Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes cut into half rings. Place half rings of pepper evenly between the plates, add tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a large grater, garlic – on a fine grater. Mix with yogurt, salt to taste. Drizzle the eggplant with the resulting sauce. Send to the oven preheated to 220 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
