Mushroom paprikash

INGREDIENTS

Mushrooms – 800 g (I have champignons)
Onion – 1 pc.
Paprika powder – 3 tablespoons
Water – 150 ml
Garlic – 4 tooth.
Butter – 100 g
Sour cream – 150 ml
Wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp.
Salt – to taste.
Basilicum.
Ground black pepper.

HOW TO COOK

1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the butter.

2. Fry the crushed garlic for a few seconds.

3. Finely chopped onion.

4. Added to the garlic.

5. Fried until transparent.

6. Coarsely chopped mushrooms.

7. Transferred the mushrooms to a saucepan with onions and garlic, fried a little.

8. I poured paprika.

9. Stirring constantly so that there are no lumps, I added water.

10. Bring to a boil and leave to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

11. Sour cream mixed with flour and two tablespoons of water

12. Stirring carefully, pour the sour cream into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

13. Salted and added black pepper and basil. Removed from the fire and let it brew.
