Green Tomato Jam

For the recipe you will need:
tomatoes (small) – 60-70 pcs.
sugar – 1 kg
water – 1 l.
To make Green Tomato Jam:

Small tomatoes, in which the stalks are cut off and part of the seed is removed with a hairpin, boil in three waters for several minutes so that the vegetables do not taste bitter. Wash thoroughly with cold water after each use. During this time, the skin of the tomatoes will wrinkle and it will be possible to remove it with a knife. Then the tomatoes are boiled in sugar syrup: 1 kg of sugar per 1 liter of water, until thickened. Let cool overnight and pour into jars.
