Low Calorie Mushroom Dinner
Ingredients:
Champignons 800 g
Garlic 3 cloves
A mixture of Provence herbs 1 tsp.
Salt, pepper to taste
Balsamic vinegar 40 ml
Olive oil
Cooking:
Mushrooms cut into 2-4 parts depending on the size. Small ones are left intact.
In a small amount of olive oil, add grated garlic, Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour the mixture into the bowl with mushrooms and stir.
Let the mushrooms marinate for 15-20 minutes, then transfer them to a refractory form and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring a couple of times during the process.
