Fox Treat Cream

For the recipe you will need:
for cream:

starch – 1 tbsp. (with slide)
vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (about 30g)
sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
milk – 2 cups
egg (squirrels) – 2 pcs.
for wine sauce:

egg (protein) – 1 pc.
egg (yolks) – 2 pcs.
starch – 1 tbsp. (with slide)
wine (white) – 1 glass
lemon zest – to taste
lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
sugar – to taste
To prepare Cream “Fox delicacy” you need:

For cream: pour sugar, vanilla sugar into cold milk and put on fire, bring to a boil, remove from heat; add, stirring constantly, starch. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the beaten egg whites. Mix carefully, pour the resulting cream into bowls, filling them up to half and refrigerate

For the sauce: place the egg, egg yolks, starch, sugar in a small saucepan, pour in the wine, add the grated lemon peel, add a spoonful of lemon juice and mix everything well. Whisk the mixture, heating it until bubbles begin to appear from the heat (about 20 minutes), but do not allow the mixture to boil. Cool down. Pour the finished chilled sauce into bowls on top of the cream.
