Coffee Cream with Chocolate

For the recipe you will need:
gelatin – 8g
vanilla (pod) – 1 pc.
strong coffee – 250 ml
egg (yolk) – 3 pcs.
granulated sugar – 80g
cream – 200 ml
chocolate chips – 3 tbsp
To make Coffee Cream with Chocolate:

Soak gelatin in cold water. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Put the pod and pulp into the coffee pot. Boil once and reduce heat. Remove vanilla pod.

Mix the yolks with sugar and 6 tbsp in a bowl in a hot water bath. coffee spoons. While stirring, pour in the remaining coffee and beat everything until a thick cream is formed.

Squeeze out the gelatin, dissolve it and, pouring in a thin stream, mix it into the mass. Place the bowl in cold water and stir the coffee cream until completely cooled.

As soon as the cream begins to set, beat the cream well and carefully fold it into the cream. Arrange the coffee cream in 4 beautiful dessert bowls and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve chilled.
