Double-Layer Chocolate Vanilla Panna Cotta

For the recipe you will need:
cream (20%) – 400g
milk – 130g
dark chocolate – 50g
gelatin – 2 tsp
sugar – 100g
vanillin – on the tip of a knife.
To make Double Layer Chocolate Vanilla Panna Cotta:

Soak gelatin in milk and leave for the time indicated on the package. As soon as the gelatin swells, dissolve it in a water bath (place a bowl of gelatin on top of a pot of boiling water, stir until the mass becomes homogeneous). Simultaneously mix cream with sugar and vanilla, bring to a boil. Mix half the cream with half the gelatin.

Break the chocolate into pieces, mix with the remaining half of the boiling cream and half of the gelatin.

Pour chocolate mixture into glasses. Let it cool down a bit. Then carefully place in the freezer of the refrigerator. As soon as the chocolate mass hardens slightly (about 20-25 minutes), remove the glasses and pour the light vanilla mass.

Sprinkle panna cotta with grated chocolate chips. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours. Double-layer chocolate-vanilla panna cotta is ready.
