Whee Rapan Salad with Mayonnaise Vegetables

For the recipe you will need:
Rapana (frozen) – 300g
tomatoes – 2 pcs.
sweet pepper – 1 pc.
egg – 2 pcs.
soy sauce – to taste
mayonnaise – to taste
green onions – to taste.
To prepare a salad of rapans with vegetables under mayonnaise, you need:

Wash the rapanov well, cut out the ventricle, put boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin half rings and marinate in vinegar. Cut tomatoes and sweet pepper into cubes. Cut boiled eggs into strips.

Throw the boiled rapans in a colander, let the water drain, cut into strips and pour over with soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Put all salad ingredients (except shellfish) in a salad bowl, add mayonnaise, rapanov and leave to infuse at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Transfer the finished salad to a dish and garnish with green onions.
