Scallop salad with cucumber sauce

For the recipe you will need:
sweet paprika – 1 tbsp
cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp
zira – 1/4 tsp
cinnamon (ground) – 1/4 tsp
sea ​​scallops – 6 pcs.
olive oil – 2 tbsp.
salad (mixture) – to taste
for the sauce:

cucumbers – 2 pcs.
mint (leaves) – 6-7 pcs.
natural yoghurt – 200 ml
salt, black pepper – to taste.
To prepare Sea Scallop Salad with Cucumber Sauce:

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and blanch in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then cool. Mix 2/3 cucumbers, yogurt, mint leaves and puree with a blender. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, stir and refrigerate.

Grind paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin and cinnamon with salt and black pepper in a mortar. Grate the scallops with the prepared mixture, pour them with olive oil and mix. Place the scallops in a hot skillet and quickly fry over high heat until golden brown on each side.

Put the remaining cucumbers on a dish along with lettuce leaves, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the scallops on top of the salad and serve with cucumber sauce.
