Products:
300 g hunting sausages,
3 pcs. tomatoes,
1/2 piece yellow and green bell peppers
1 zucchini
1 onion
150 g cheese
50 g butter,
1 garlic clove
salt pepper,
vinegar,
green onion,
vegetable oil.

Cooking method:
Cut sausages into 4 parts, tomatoes – into 8 parts. Pepper clean and cut into strips. Cut the zucchini into strips and lightly fry in butter. Onion cut into rings. Cheese – straw. Rub the salad bowl with a chopped garlic clove. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix.

Соус: salt pepper, 2 ст. l. уксуса перемешать, при постоянном помешивании добавить vegetable oil. Pour dressing over salad and garnish with chopped green onions.
