Diet salad with chicken

Chicken is a common ingredient in diet meals, and it’s clear why: it has a minimum of fat, but a lot of protein. But eating it on a diet is always boring: you can’t fry the chicken, you have to remove the skin from it, you can’t eat any mashed potatoes with such a chicken. But there are no reasons for frustration. Chicken, because it has a neutral taste, goes well with a lot of vegetables (and even fruits), so you can make countless delicious salads with it. Ingredients. Chicken fillet (350 g). Rye bread (100 g). Lettuce leaf (100 g). Cherry tomatoes (65 g). Quail eggs (40 g). Parmesan (30 g). Vegetable oil. Unsweetened yogurt 2% fat (250 g). Mustard (10 g). Garlic (5 g). Salt pepper. Cooking process: Wash lettuce leaves, dry well and put in the refrigerator – before you serve the salad. Cut the fillet lengthwise, and then marinate in a mixture of peppers. Leave warm for 30 minutes. Turn on the oven so that it heats up to 200 degrees. At this time, boil the quail eggs and start cooking crackers. For croutons you will need 3 slices of rye bread. The crust must be cut off from them, after which the bread is cut into cubes. Put the cubes on a baking sheet, put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Now you can start refueling. Mix yogurt with mustard and then squeeze garlic into it. Mix thoroughly and season with salt. We bake the marinated chicken in the oven – it is possible on a wire rack, it is possible on a baking sheet. The chicken needs to be greased or sprinkled with sunflower oil. Bake for 20 minutes or less, as long as the chicken doesn’t dry out. Now you can arrange the salad on plates. We put lettuce leaves in each plate, sprinkle it with sauce, and then three parmesan on top on a fine grater. Then lay the chicken fillet on top, sprinkle with sauce again. We put croutons, then sauce again. Sprinkle with grated cheese. And already on top we decorate with quarters of cherry tomatoes and quail eggs. We serve to the table without waiting for the lettuce leaves to wither. The calorie content of the salad is 144 kcal. per 100 g of lettuce. As for proteins, there are 15 g of them in this serving, fats – 5.5 g, carbohydrates – 10 g.
