Okroshka with fruit infusion

Recipe for okroshka with apples and pears.

Preparation description:
Boiled potatoes, as well as cucumbers, cut into small cubes. The greens are finely chopped. Egg whites should be finely chopped, and the yolks are rubbed through a sieve, after which they are mixed with sour cream.
Everything is mixed, poured with fruit infusion. Add lemon juice as well as sugar.

To make a fruit infusion, you will need to pour “drying” with 2 cups of boiling water and bring it to a boil, then insist under the lid for 3-4 hours. the finished infusion is decanted, sugar is put, after which the broth is boiled again and cooled.

Serve okroshka garnished with dill and parsley.
Ingredients:
cucumbers – 300 grams
potatoes – 100 grams
egg – 2 pieces
sour cream – 2 tbsp. spoons
sugar – 1 teaspoon
lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
apples – 50 grams (dried)
pears – 50 grams (dried)
greens – to taste
