Armenian okroshka

Preparation description:
The classic Armenian okroshka (or matsnabrdosh) is cooked on matsun, but we will replace it with kefir or curdled milk. It is often served in glasses and consumed as a refreshing drink. This okroshka recipe uses bread.

1. If you are going to use bread, then cut off the crust and cut into small cubes.
2. Wash and chop green onions, other greens, except mint. We will use it for decoration.
3. Mix kefir or yogurt with sparkling water.
4. Mix bread, onions and greens, salt and pour soda with kefir. Mix everything well again.
5. For spiciness, you can add grated radish and / or grated horseradish to taste.
6. Before serving, add sour cream, sprinkle with ground black pepper and garnish with a sprig of mint.
