Seafood Pizza
This pizza is simply delicious and cannot leave anyone indifferent. Try it yourself!
To make pizza you will need:
For test:
250 g flour
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
0.5 st. warm milk
1-1.5 st. l. dry yeast
Salt
½ ч. l. Sahara
For filling:
400-500 g sea cocktail
200-300 g cheese
2 tomatoes
Tomato paste or ketchup
Seafood pizza recipe:
1. Prepare the dough: first add a little flour and yeast to warm milk. Then salt and sugar. Add vegetable oil and stir in the rest of the flour. Leave the kneaded dough for 30-40 minutes to rise.
2. Cut the tomatoes.
3. Boil a sea cocktail in salted water.
4. Grate cheese.
5. When the dough has come up, roll it out and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Lubricate with ketchup or tomato paste, you can use a little mayonnaise.
6. Put tomatoes on the dough, then a sea cocktail, you can also put olives cut into rings, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
7. Send to the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 – 200 ° C
Seafood pizza can also be made with shrimp or salmon pieces, as well as add sliced olives.
