Marinated Garlic.

1. pickled garlic.

Ingredients for a half liter jar:

Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Citric acid 1 tsp without a slide
Peppercorns 8-10 pcs.

Coriander

Carnation 2-3 pcs.

Cooking:
