5 The best barbecue marinades.

1. Onion marinade.

Perhaps the most traditional and simple barbecue marinade recipe is onion. It is suitable for lamb, pork and beef.

Ingredients:
Meat 1, kg
Onion 700 g
Ground pepper 2 tsp

Cooking method:

3. Kefir marinade.

Onion 1 kg
