INGREDIENTS

Pork – 600 gr.
Water – 3 1/2 – 4 1/2 cups
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Egg
medium bulb
Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs
medium potato
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt
Ground black pepper
bunch of dill

HOW TO COOK

1. Rinse the meat, put in a saucepan, pour 3-4 glasses of water and cook for 1.5-2 hours. Then remove from the broth, cool and cut into slices. Save the broth.

2. Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of salt in half a glass of water and beat the egg. Sift the flour. Knead the dough from the flour and salt water with the egg, roll it into a ball and leave it under a napkin for 30-40 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough into a layer, cut into 5 by 5 cm squares, boil them in the broth and put them on a separate plate.

4. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Peel the pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices. Peel the potatoes, cut into circles.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté onion, add pepper, tomatoes and potatoes, salt and pepper and simmer until tender.

6. Put squares of dough into deep plates, meat and vegetables on top. Pour hot broth. Wash greens, chop finely, sprinkle the dish before serving.
