Vegetable cauliflower soup

For cooking you will need:

cauliflower (savoy is suitable for replacement) raw or frozen cabbage;
potato;
onion;
carrot;

salt, spices, herbs to taste.

Green borscht with sorrel

If it is not prepared during the lean period, then chicken or turkey broth can be taken as a basis, and boiled eggs must be added to the list of ingredients.
